Te Akau track work highlights - Tuesday July 22 -

Sand track:

King's Rock (Hercock) and Wolfwhistle (Miller) continued their preparations for the first trials of the new season on Tuesday Aug. 5 at Te Teko, working from the 1000 metres at three-quarter pace and coming home an easy 600m in 40.

Sir Darci (Hercock) worked solo over 800 metres at three-quarter pace, as did Jewels Gift (Hercock).

800 metres three-quarter pace on the Two-year-old Grass Track:

Imperium (Richards) worked solo, as did Scandinavian (Miller) and Madame Jamai (Hercock). Working in a string: Frock (Allen) was followed by 2 f Minstrel Court - La Conga (Miller) and Astrid (Richards).

Light Source (Hercock) and Virtuous (Richards) went together, as did Opulent (Miller) and Vive La Difference (Allen), Cathedral Cove (Miller) and Latin Rose (Hercock).
