In good form and preparing to race on Saturday at Trentham, Show No Emotion (Hercock) worked over 1200 metres in 1:21.3, last 600m in 37.2. A winner first in this campaign and second in both starts since, Show No Emotion (Pins) has built a solid record of three wins, two seconds and a third from ten starts and should be suited by the course at Trentham.

Imperium (Miller) worked an easy 1200m in 1:24.6, last 600m in 41.1. Costa Viva (Cameron) covered 800m in 52.2, last 600m in 38.7. No Tricks (Miller) and Seline (Zainal) went together over 1000m in 1:08.4, last 600m in 38.5. Longbeach (Miller) worked from the 1400-metre mark, last 1200m in 1:21.1 and the 600m in 39.

Davey Crockett (Zainal) and Light Source (Hercock) covered 800m in 55.4, last 600m in 39.8. Sequitur (Miller) and Unsurpassed (Cameron) went 800m in 51.7, last 600m in 37.2. Irish Mystic (Cameron) and 3 g Saperavi - Eclectic Heights (Miller) worked over 800m in 52.8, last 600m in 38.
