Plough:
Preparing for his lead up race to the NZ Derby (Gr. 1, 2400m), in the Avondale Guineas (Gr. 2, 2100m) this Saturday at Ellerslie, Rockfast (Miller) worked solo over 1600 metres at three-quarter pace.
No Tricks (Lammas - main picture race day) worked over 800m in 55.6, last 600m in 39.9. Darci's Dream (Cameron) went 800m in 56.5, last 600m in 41.2.
Three-quarter pace on the plough:
Unsurpassed (Cameron) 1000m, Seline (Hercock) and Special Memories (Lammas) 1000m, Flaming (Hercock) 1000m, Osmunda (Zac-Syed) and Zarules (Roff) 1000m, Arpeggio (Lammas) 1000m.
