Plough:

No Tricks (Hercock) and Spellbinder (Lammas) worked together over 1200 metres in 1:18.2, 1000m in 1:03 and the last 600m in 36.3. A solid closer for fourth in the Mr Tiz Trophy (Gr. 3, 1200m) at Ellerslie, No Tricks (Savabeel) is preparing for the Wellington Guineas (Gr. 2, 1400m) this Saturday at Trentham. Spellbinder (O'Reilly) heads to the Open 1400 metres on Saturday at Te Rapa, following a slashing fresh-up second in track record time for 1200 metres at Matamata.

Darci's Dream (Lammas) and Smashing (Hercock) worked over 1200m in 1:17.9, 1000m in 1:04.6 and the last 600m in 36.5. Each has been nominated for the 3YO 1200 metres on Saturday at Te Rapa.

Flaming (Hercock) went over 1000m in 1:08.9, last 600m in 39.3. Madam Jamai (Lammas) worked over 1000m in 1:09.3, last 600m in 39.7.

Is This Love (Schistl) worked solo over 800m in 51.8, and the last 600m in 37.8.

Three-quarter pace on the plough:

Osmunda (Roff) worked solo over 1200m, Frock (Roff) 1200m, and Astrid (Zac-Syed) 800m.
