Te Akau TV - Weekend Preview 1000 Guineas

Welcome back to Te Akau TV where Louis Herman-Watt & our premiership leading trainer Jamie Richards take you through all of our chances around the country this weekend!

We're back at Riccarton Park Racecourse on Saturday for a special Group One race that we have a few lovely chances in. It's the Barnswood Farm 48th 1000 Guineas and with our three pronged attack featuring Cornflower Blue, Kahma Lass & Fashion Shoot we are very excited for the gates to fly open. We also have racing at Racing Tauranga on Saturday where we have a strong team lining up.

Before we get to Saturday though we have an exciting day at Awapuni tomorrow to look forward to with promising 3YO filly Amarelinha making her debut alongside another couple of nice chances too. The weekend finishes off on Sunday at Waverley Racing Club where we send a strong team to hopefully pick up a few races for the stable and our wonderful owners!
