Unfortunately the recent rain is likely to prevent a number of our runners lining up at Matamata tomorrow.

Jamie covers off the team's chances with six runners engaged at Timaru today. We give you an update for the plans for the Matamata contingent and talk through Festivity's chances in the Group Three Wyndspelle @ Grangewilliam Stud Taranaki Breeders Stakes.

Our attention then turns to Caulfield where we have Khama Lass lining up in the Listed Weekend Hussler Stakes and Probabeel squaring up with Zaaki in the Group 1 Might & Power Stakes (formerly the Underwood Stakes) over 2000m.

Finally we cover off the exciting Sword of State in the Group 2 Roman Consul Stakes and Amarelinha in the Group 3 Angst Stakes at Randwick.

Jamie tries to go back to back with his Best Bet after getting Brando home for our viewers last week and then provides an update on horse movements for the upcoming meetings at Ashburton & Hastings next weekend.
