Welcome to an exciting edition of Te Akau TV!

This week, we welcome Te Akau assistant trainer Sam Bergerson to the show. Sam has been leading the team in the South Island for the past 6 weeks and talks about last week's success at Riccarton! He also provides some insight into our Guineas runners and tells us a bit about his past experience, including time spent at Coolmore in Ireland and how he's now found himself in his new position at Te Akau.

Jamie Richards also joins us to chat through the past week and talks through the team's chances in 3 Group One races on Derby Day at Flemington. We believe this is the first time a Kiwi based trainer has had 3 runners in 3 separate Group One races on Derby Day. Hear about Amarelinha, Sword of State & Kahma Lass as they head towards their key targets on what shapes up to be an exciting day of racing! 

Jamie also covers off the action at Awapuni, Tauranga and Ashburton where we have three runners engaged and wraps things up with his best bet. Here's hoping he can keep up his form from last week where he gave our viewers Vamos Bebe.
