11.00 a.m. R1 10 Miss Hepburn  (3 f Reliable Man - Love the Limelight) - Chelsea Burdan (a4); sustained a strong gallop off a wide run before drawing away to win when trialling over 1000 metres on 14 May at Avondale, with Burdan aboard. With weight relief to 52.5kgs, she debuts from barrier nine in the $10,000 Maiden 1200 metres. Dam, Love the Limelight (Octagonal) began her career with three consecutive seconds over 1200 metres, followed by back-to-back wins over 1200m & 1300m, and she shapes to race well fresh before stepping up in distance.

1.44 p.m. R6 8 Cicciolina  (3 f Burgundy - A La Votre) - Opie Bosson; resumed with a solid effort in the Maiden 1200 metres on 4 April at Wanganui, but found Heavy10 too testing in the Maiden 3YO 1400 metres on 16 May at Otaki. With the addition of blinkers in the $10,000 Maiden Fillies & Mares 1400 metres, she has the rider to assist in negating a wide draw and capable of an improved performance.

2.17 p.m. R7 13 Spirit of Galway (3 f Rip Van Winkle - Galway) - Joe Kamaruddin (a4); resumed with a notable effort for third on Slow9 in the Maiden 1200 metres on 11 May at New Plymouth, and steps up in the $10,000 Maiden 1400 metres. Claiming to 52.5kgs assists and having recorded two seconds, three thirds, and a fourth from six starts she rates a top three chance with luck from a wide draw.
