1.44 p.m. R3 6 Fine Bouquet (3 f Burgundy - Ensorcelez) - Tegan Newman (a3); ran home solidly for second on debut in the Maiden 3YO 1200 metres on March 22 at Waipukurau, and drawn barrier five in the $10,000 Maiden 3YO 1400 metres. The right trip and any improvement would see an each way chance again. She has also accepted for Race 4 (2.19 p.m.).
2.54 p.m. R5 9 Lady Zeraph (3 f Makfi - Zatiger) - Tegan Newman (a3); followed a commendable debut performance, when denied room in the straight, with a tidy effort for third under Newman in the Maiden 1600 metres on 22 March at Waipukurau. Blinkers on, from barrier two in the $10,000 Maiden 1580 metres, provides another ideal each way opportunity.
4.39 p.m. R8 3 Princess Davone (5 m Iffraaj - Nikey Davone) - Tegan Newman (a3); was brave winning under 59kgs on 21 March in the Rating 70 2100 metres at Te Teko, after finishing fourth to race rival Joe Cargo (Authorized) in the South Waikato Cup (Rating 70, 2000m) at Matamata. She meets a stronger field than last time out, but brings winning form to rate an each way chance.
