Te Akau New Zealand has two horses racing on Thursday 24 November at Waipa.

As on Wednesday 23 November the conditions were: fine and Good3, rail true. No rain forecast.

1.42 p.m. R3 4 Herschal (4 g Savabeel - Starring) - Cameron Lammas; was scratched from Slow8 footing at the last meeting here, having not rounding off on Dead6 going in the Maiden 1400 metres at Avondale. Up in distance to 1580 metres, but drawn wide, a patient approach would provide a chance to prove his worth on better ground.

4.07 p.m. R7 17 Cabaret (4 m Showcasing - Something Majic) - rider to be advised; freshened since last racing, she requires a further defection to gain a start in the Rating 65 1150 metres. A Maiden winner over 1200 metres on heavy going, her performance on good ground will determine the next step.
