Heat 2 2YO 850 metres (long head, 2 lengths 52.0)
2 f High Chaparral - Star Affair - Cameron Lammas (below); was allowed to find her feet from a wide gate, settling back in the running, and tracked home in staying fashion over the sprint trip.

Heat 3 2YO 850 metres (1 length, neck 53.2)
Forty Winks (2 f Rip Van Winkle - Far South) - Cameron Lammas (below); settled back from a wide draw, crossed down to the fence and whilst finishing back she held her position in a nice educational trial.

Heat 4 2YO 850 metres (dead-heat, 3 ½ lengths 53.6)
Lady Pinot (2 f Starspangledbanner - Madame Echezeaux) - Cameron Lammas (below); jumped away on even terms from a wide gate but met a check soon after which saw her back to last, and six lengths off the pace. She tracked through tight quarters from the 600m and sprinted home for a close fourth.

Heat 5 2YO 850 metres (¾ lengths, 2 ½ lengths 52.6)
O'Know (2 f O'Reilly - Know All) - Cameron Lammas (below); was away well to position one off the rail in third, settling nicely, kept balanced around the home bend she then ran on generously under her own steam, to the inside of the leader, for a close second.

Heat 16 Open 1000 metres (short neck, ½ head 1:04.0)
Arpeggio (3 f Tavistock - Macchiato) - Raphael Schistl (below); was allowed to find her feet in midfield, before a mid trial skirmish saw her reposition three wide without cover and she let down strongly to finish second.

Heat 18 Open 1000 metres (1 ¼ lengths, 3 lengths 1:01.8)
Echezeaux (3 f Encosta De Lago - Grand Echezeaux) - Cameron Lammas (below); settled in midfield, but met a check which saw her go back to the rear. She raced kindly before tracking up three wide and presented wide into the straight she let down nicely for a close up fourth.

Heat 29 Maiden 1580 metres (neck, 1 length 1:41.5)
4 g Ekraar - Cape Win - Craig Grylls; settled fourth on the outer from a wide gate, sliding forward to second from the 1200m and kept up a resolute gallop for second.
