Te Akau New Zealand has one horse racing on Thursday 20 September at Wanganui.

As on race morning the conditions were: fine and Slow8, rail out 2 metres. No rain forecast.

3.15 p.m. R8 8 Fine Bouquet (4 m Burgundy - Ensorcelez) - Nik Bakar (a4); capped two good runs with a comprehensive win over 1400 metres on Slow7 in May at Waipa, before spelling. Following two trials in August at Te Teko, she resumes in the $10,000 Rating 65 1200 metres. Drawn barrier eight and claiming to 53kgs, a smooth trip could see her finding the line competitively in a solid field.
