Te Akau Wanganui Preview

Te Akau New Zealand has one horse entered for the ten race programme on Sunday 8 May at Wanganui.

As on Saturday 7 May the conditions were: fine and Dead6, rail out 4 - 6 metres. No rain forecast.

2.45 p.m. R7 5 Interstellar (3 f Shamoline Warrior - Amathea) - Lisa Allpress; had a quiet trial at Avondale, and resumes off 219 days in the Rating 65 1200 metres. In three starts last Autumn, she produced a top debut for second over 1200 metres at Ruakaka, impressed off the front winning a Maiden Fillies and Mares 1300 metres at Taupo, and appears a strong hope with the leading rider aboard.
