11.54 a.m. R1 3 Rip Van Gogh (3 g Rip Van Winkle - On
the Move) - Danielle Johnson; worked off a wide gate (12) with a notable effort
for third to subsequent winner Maria Farina (Contributer) when resuming in the
Maiden 1050 metres on 23 December at Matamata. Further improved, he could race
into calculations with luck from barrier 11 in the $10,000 Maiden 1200 metres.

12.59 p.m. R3 10 Wishing Well (3 f Charm Spirit -
Starwish) - Danielle Johnson; did well off the trail for second to Frontman
(Makfi) - entered for Levin Classic (Gr. 1, 1600m) on Saturday at Trentham - in
the Maiden 3YO 1400 metres on 28 December at Rotorua. Drawn barrier three in
the $10,000 Maiden 3YO 1340 metres, she rates a top three chance.

1.34 p.m. R4 12 Maid of Orleans (3 f Sacred Falls - Our
Joan of Arc) - Danielle Johnson; fought well for third to subsequent winning
stable-mate Campionessa (Contributer) on debut in the Maiden 3YO 1215 metres on
2 December at Rotorua, and fourth in the Maiden 1400 metres on 29 December at
New Plymouth. Despite drawing wide (12), she rates a top three chance in the
$10,000 Maiden 1600 metres.

2.44 p.m. R6 4 Enrichment (4 g Rock ‘N' Pop - Enhance)
- Danielle Johnson; finished fifth in the Rating 65 1400 metres on 18 December
at Otaki, won in fastest last 600m (34.1) on day by Wononeohwon (Tavistock). He
meets a solid field in the $10,000 Rating 65 1600 metres and rates a top four
chance with blinkers on.

5.04 p.m. R10 1 Military Step (5 g Tavistock - Marching
On) - Danielle Johnson; got a fair way back before running home strongly for
third in the Rating 65 2000 metres on 23 December at Matamata, and contests the
$10,000 Rating 65 2040 metres. He won his Maiden here by 5.5 lengths over 1600
metres, has looked promising in the transition to middle distance and appears a
strong chance with blinkers on.
