Te Akau track work highlights - Wednesday November 19 -

Course proper, right-handed (Dead)

Windborne (Lammas - main picture) and 3 f Mastercraftsman - Due Diligence (Miller) worked over 800 metres in 53.5, last 600m in 37.1. Two-year-old filly Windborne (Darci Brahma), a smart winner on debut at Ellerslie, comes off a brief freshen-up to contest the Murdoch Newell Stakes (Listed, 1100m) this Saturday on Counties Cup Day raced at Avondale.

Sand track:

Davey Crockett (Roff) and Sequitur (Lammas) worked together over 800m in 54.2, last 600m in 38.8.  Got the Snitz (Miller) and Latin Rose (Samuelsson) covered 800m in 55, last 600m in 40.

Light Source (Hercock) and 3 g Saperavi - Eclectic Heights (Miller) went 800m in 55.6, last 600m in 41.2.  Astrid (Lammas) and Frock (Samuelsson) worked over 800m in 54.9, last 600m in 40.3.

Three-quarter pace on the sand track:

Abidewithme (Samuelsson) worked over 1200m, Longbeach (Miller) 1400m.

Two-year-old grass track:

Bishop Rock (Miller) and Unsurpassed (Lammas) worked together over 800m in 55.2, last 600m in 40.8.

Linchpin (Roff) and Splurge (Hercock) covered 800m at three-quarter pace, and in similar paced work Esprit De Corps (Lammas) and Special Memories (Miller) worked together over 600m.
