Te Akau track work Wednesday August 28

Three-quarter pace work on the sand track:

1200 metres: Sunset Pass (Miller) continues to work well ahead of his next start on Wednesday Sept. 11 in Benchmark 65 2100 metres at Te Rapa.

1000 metres: Thrive (Miller) is preparing for the Merial Metric Mile (Gr. 3, 1600m) on Saturday Sept. 14 at Awapuni.

800 metres: Abidewithme (Myers), Urban Angel (Miller). Dreamer (Miller) and Ruthless Lady (Dee) worked up nicely ahead of respective scheduled assignments in the Canterbury Belle Stakes (Listed, 1200m) on Sept. 21 at Riccarton, and the Wanganui Guineas (Listed, 1340m) on Sept. 7 at Wanganui. Preparing for the meeting on Sept. 9 at Taupo, Wolfwhistle (Miller) worked with King Savinsky (Dee). Spellbinder (Stack), Stanica Star (Stack) worked solo. Clos De Tart (Donnelly) worked up ahead of the Benchmark 65 1400 metres on Sept. 11 at Te Rapa.

600 metres: Persia (Miller), Stylee (Stack).
