Te Akau track work highlights - Saturday September 27

Course proper (Dead):

Merrily (Zainal) and Sir Darci (Lammas) galloped over 1200 metres in 1:16.4, 1000m in 1:02.4 and the final 600m in 37.3.

Longbeach (Lammas) and Osmunda (Zainal) cut out 1200m in 1:19, 1000m in 1:04.3 and the last 600m in 37.8.

Vive La Difference (Zainal) and 3 f Encosta De Lago - Grand Echezeaux (Lammas) worked 1000 metres in 1:07.2, last 600m in 37.8.

Sand track:

Maestro (Stacey) and 3 f Saperavi - Encosta Lotta (Todd) worked over 1000 metres in 1:09.1, last 600m in 38.9. Quintette (Lammas) worked over an easy 1000m in 1:13.1, last 600m in 42.5. Seline (Stacey - main picture) covered 1000m in 1:10.5, last 600m in 39.4.

Realize (Zainal) and 4 g Savabeel - Greensleeves (Lammas) went 800m in 55.5, last 600m in 39.3. 3 f Postponed - Promissory (Miller) and 3 f Red Giant - Mantles Princess (Samuelsson) covered 800m in 53.4, last 600m in 38.3.

Sand track, three-quarter pace:

Flirty Gertey (Roff) went solo over 1000 metres, as did Alchemy's Flight (Miller), La Adelita (Lammas), and No Tricks (Zainal). Over 800 metres: Equanimity (Samuelsson) and Giana (Zainal).

Two-year-old grass track:

2 f Lookin At Lucky - Highland Lights (Samuelsson) and 2 f Starcraft - Absolute Faith (Miller) went 600 metres at three-quarter pace.
