Te Akau track work highlights - Saturday 3 February -

Course Proper:

Imperium (Bakar) and Swing Note (D Miller) galloped 1000 metres in 1.12, last 600 in 41.

Gris Dame (Tan) and Our Abbadean (D Miller) worked well over 1200 metres in 1.23, last 600 in 40.

Group 1 BCD Group Sprint race rivals Heroic Valour (D Miller) and Chambord (Bakar) galloped an easy 1000 metres in 1.13, home in 42.

Embellish (D Miller) worked nicely at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.15, last 600 in 44.5. Embellish prepares to race in the Group 3 CS Hayes Stakes (3YO C&G, 1400m) at Flemington on 17 February.

Preparing for the Group 2 Waikato Guineas on Tuesday, Griffin (Tan) looked good working at three quarter pace over 1200 metres, running 1000 metres in 1.16, home in 44.5.

No. 2 Sand:

Beau Geste (K Price) worked solo at three quarter pace over 1200 metres in 1.29, last 600 in 45.

Remington (Burdan) and Pop Diva (Tan) galloped over 1000 metres in 1.06, home in 37.5.

Also preparing for the Waikato Guineas, Mongolianconqueror (Bakar) worked at three quarter pace over 1200 metres in 1.27, last 600 in 44.

Abbey Kay (Leveque) worked on her own over 1000 metres in 1.19.

Devil May Care (K Price) galloped an easy 800 metres in 54, last 600 in 42. The Chaser (D Miller) also worked over 800 metres, running similar times.

Fine Bouquet (Leveque) and 3f He's Remarkable - Andra (Tan) worked at three quarter pace over 800 metres in 1.02, last 600 in 46.

2f Reliable Man - Keenly (D Miller) and 3g Rock 'N' Pop - Our Zara (K Price) worked at three quarter pace over 600 metres in 45.  In A Twinkling (Alam) and 2g Alamosa - Broadway Express (Burdan) also worked over 600 metres, running similar time.

Jet Set (Newman) and Lady Zeraph (Tan) galloped 1000 metres in 1.08, last 600 in 39.3.

Fabulous Flight (Newman) and Inheritance (Tan) galloped an easy 800 metres in 55, last 600 in 40. 2g Darci Brahma - Josephines Fortune (Burdan) and 2g Delago Deluxe - Avail (Bakar) also galloped over 800 metres, running similar times.

Oceana Lad (Bakar) and 2g Camelot - Chorus Of Angels (Alam) worked at three quarter pace over 600 metres in 45.

2f Makfi - Espresso Cavallo (Bakar), 2f So You Think - Headsup (Leveque) and Remember O'Reilly (Tan) all worked together over 600 metres in 42.

Live Wire (Leveque) and Rock Idol (Bakar) worked at three quarter pace over 600 metres in 45.

2f Darci Brahma - Peta's Girl (Tan) and 2f Rip Van Winkle - Galway (D Miller) galloped nicely over 600 metres in 38.9.
