Te Akau track work highlights - Saturday 6 October

Plough:

King Kane (D Miller) prepares to race at Matamata Saturday week by galloping 1000 metres in 1.05, last 600 in 38.5.

Beaumarchais (C Burdan) galloped nicely over an easy 1000 metres in 1.07.5, last 600 in 37.7.

Chance To Dance (L Miller) looked good working on his own at three quarter pace over 800 metres, running home in 45. Don'tblamethemusic (J Nason) also worked over 800 metres, running the last 600 in 42.5.

Pinultimate (C Burdan) galloped nicely over an easy 1000 metres, running home in 38.

Witchery (D Miller) and She's Not Bad (J Nason) galloped 800 metres in 51.3, home in 36.8.

Avantage (S Rusof) and Spirit Of Galway (N Bakar) galloped 1000 metres in 1.04, last 600 in 37. Avantage prepares to take on the 3YO event at Matamata next Saturday, while Spirit Of Galway will travel to Taupo on Wednesday to contest the Maiden 1200 metres.

Xplosion (S Rusof) and Irish Heart (J Nason) galloped nicely over 800 metres in 51, home in 36.

Readying to race at Tauherenikau next Thursday, Fine Bouquet (S Rusof) and Duck Road (J Nason) paired up to gallop an easy 1000 metres in 1.09, final 600 in 36.6.

Enduring Love (S Rusof) and English Rose (N Bakar) looked good galloping 1000 metres in 1.05, home in 36.1 good work. Meteoric Lass (J Nason) and Motivation (D Miller) also galloped over 1000 metres, running very similar times. All horses prepare to race at Taupo next Wednesday, October 10.

Mongolian Angel (J Nason) and 3g Epaulette - Highlight (D Miller) worked at three quarter pace over 800 metres in 1 min, last 600 in 43.

Rock Idol (D Miller) galloped in company over 1000 metres in 1.03, home in 36.

Aotea Lad (D Miller) and Oceana Lad (C Burdan), 2c Dundeel - Miss Zapper (D Miller) and 2g Burgundy - Aventura (C Burdan) galloped in pairs over an easy 600 metres in 40.

Total Excess (C Burdan) worked over 800 metres in 53 and looked good coming through the fog.

Combat Queen (J Nason) and Zouluminous (D Weatherley) looked very good galloping an easy 600 metres in 40.6.

Vino Bella (C Burdan) and Romantic Lady (N Bakar) galloped nicely over 800 metres in 50.9, home in 37.1.

Probabeel (N Bakar) and Exaltation (L Miller) galloped an easy 600 metres in 39.6.

Burgundy Rose (J Nason), Amelia Grace (L Miller) and 2f Reliable Man - Scene Queen (N Bakar) all worked over an easy 600 metres in 41.7.
