Course Proper:

Chance To Dance (S Rusof) and Beau Geste (J Nason) paired up to gallop over 1200 metres in 1.26.2, last 800 in 54.6, home in 37.5. Chance To Dance builds up toward racing in the Open 1600 metres at Te Rapa Saturday week, while Beau Geste readies for the Maiden 1600 metres at Ruakaka on Tuesday or Matamata on Wednesday.

Preparing for the Maiden 1400 metres at Matamata on Wednesday, race rivals Kylie Bax (D Miller) and Trendsetting (J Stan) galloped nicely over 1000 metres in 1.09.7, last 600 in 40.2

On track to make his debut at Awapuni next Saturday, Laurentium (S Rusof) paired up with Jet Set (D Miller) and worked over an easy 1000 metres in 1.13.1, last 600 in 42.3 They were followed by Spirit Of Galway (J Stan) who ran similar times.

No.2 Sand & Plough:

Working in single file and preparing to race at Ruakaka on Tuesday; Weaponry (C Burdan) and Prise De Fer (D Miller) worked at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.16, last 600 in 45.

Duck Road (S Rusof) worked at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.15, last 600 in 44.

Full Of Grace (D Miller) worked at three quarter pace over 800 metres, running the last 600 in 46.
