Te Akau Weekend Trackwork

 Te Akau track work highlights - Saturday 8 June -

Course Proper:

Racing at Te Teko and Wanganui next week, Grand Ariana (A Jones) and Dolce Amore (J Kamaruddin) paired up to gallop over 1000 metres in 1.13.9, final 600 in 42.9.

Bojangles (A Jones) was followed by Shebringsmerubies (J Kamaruddin) when working over 1200 metres in 1.33.6, last 600 in 45.8. English Rose (T Harris) also worked over 1200 metres and ran similar times. 

Qian Gua (D Miller) galloped over 1200 metres in 1.24.6, last 600 in 40.6. Qian Gua is on track to race in the Rating 72 1600 metres at Wanganui next Wednesday. 

No.2 Sand:

Preparing to race in the Open 1200 metres at Ruakaka Saturday week, Kingsguard (D Miller) worked at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.13.7, home in 43.5.
