Te Akau trackwork highlights - Saturday 28 September - 

Course Proper:

Savy Yong Blonk (T Harris) galloped on her own over an easy 1200 metres in 1.26, home in 41. Melody Belle (T Harris) also galloped over an easy 1200 metres and ran very similar times. 

Weaponry (C Burdan) and Byzantine (M McNab) worked nicely over 1000 metres in 1.07.9, last 600 in 38.3.

Meteoric Lass (C Grylls) was followed by Scottish Star (A Jones) when galloping over 1000 metres in 1.07.8, home in 39.5.

Aotea Lad (M McNab) and Lucky Shark (C Burdan) galloped over 1000 metres, running the final 600 in 39. 

Prise De Fer (M McNab) galloped over 1000 metres in 1.11.9.

Mazzuro (M McNab) galloped over 1200 metres in 1.22, last 600 in 41.6. 

Scott Base (J Kamaruddin) Lady Roxanne (M Roustoby) galloped over 800 metres in 52, home in 39.9. Lady Roxanne readies to debut in the 2YO event at Ruakaka on Wednesday. 

Equinox (J Kamaruddin) galloped on his own over 800 metres - thick fog prevented times being taken. 

No.2 Sand:

Cicciolina (A Jones) worked at three quarter pace over 800 metres in 1.01, last 600 in 46. 3f Atlante - Tristachine (M Roustoby) and Vino Bella (A Jones) also worked at three quarter pace over 800 metres and ran similar times. 

Building up toward racing at Ruakaka on Wednesday, Ocean Star (M McNab) and Faltonius (C Burdan) galloped over 1000 metres in 1.08, last 600 in 37.8.

Te Akau Dragon (M McNab) and Military Step (C Burdan) galloped over 1000 metres in 1.05.5, home in 37.

Super Sid (M McNab) galloped on his own over an easy 1000 metres in 1.08, last 600 in 39.
