Te Akau Shark (C Burdan) worked over an easy 800 metres in 58, last 600 in 43. He was followed by Sword Of Osman (S Pillay) who ran similar times.
Fabulous Flight (R Cole) worked nicely at three quarter pace over 1000 metres, running home in 44.
Enduring Love (A Jones) galloped over 1000 metres in 1.05, last 600 in 37.
Puysegur (T Harris) and Boutonniere (A Jones) galloped over 1000 metres in 1.04, last 600 in 37. He was followed by Crystal Bellini (A Jones) and Byzantine (C Thornton) who ran similar times.
Melody Belle (T Harris) looked great galloping over an easy 800 metres in 52, home in 39.
Oceans Eight (M Roustoby) galloped over 1000 metres in 1.05.4, final 600 in 37.4.
Pokuru's Gift (C Thornton) and Folk Dress (T Harris) galloped over 800 metres in 50.3, home in 36.3.
Miss Aotearoa (A Jones) was followed by 3g Deep Field - Sravana (F Griffiths) when galloping over 1000 metres in 1.07, last 600 in 44.
