Plough:

Cold Snap (Misbah) a nominee for the local meeting next Wednesday, April 2, at Matamata, and Speeding (Richards), who a week today heads to Hastings, went 1000 metres in 1:06.5, last 600m in 35.1.

Also for Matamata, Sneaky Feelings (Richards - main picutre right) and Stylee (Misbah - main picture left) ran 800 metres in 51.8, last 600m in 36.6. Davey Crockett (Misbah) and Maestro (Miller), scheduled next Thursday for Otaki, cut out 800 metres in 51.2, last 600m in 37.1.

Contesting the Benchmark 85 1400 metres at Matamata, Bronte Lass (Miller - pictured above) worked solo over 800 metres in 53.3, last 600m in 38.2. Preparing to debut in the Maiden 2YO 1100 metres, Vive La Difference (Miller ), a lovely big filly by Choisir (Danehill Dancer) worked with 2 f Minstrel Court - Palais Jamai (Misbah) over 800 metres in 52.1, last 600m in 37.9.

Chambord (Miller) and 4 g Darci Brahma - Royal Rhythm (Richards) ran 1000 metres in 1:06.6, last 600m in 38.4.  Imperial Miss (Miller) and 3 f Zabeel - Thistle Cove (Misbah) cut out 1000 metres in 1:06.3 and ran the last 600m in 37.2.

La Adelita (Miller) and Osmunda (Misbah) worked over 1000 metres in 1:06 and the final 600m in 37.7. Impressive when winning on debut recently at Matamata, La Adelita (High Chaparral) is eyeing a start next Saturday at either Hastings or Te Aroha, and Osmunda (O'Reilly) who also turned in a solid resuming run for second recently has trainer Jason Bridgman considering a few options for her upcoming next start.

Longbeach (Richards) and Prospero (Kilinc) covered 1000 metres in 1:07, last 600m in 38.1.

Last start winner Stanica Star (Miller - pictured above - and below) worked over 1200 metres in 1:28.3 and the final 600m in 43.1.  Secret Whisper (Miller) worked solo over 1000 metres in 1:05.6, last 600m in 36.2.

Clos De Tart (Kilinc) and Show No Emotion (Richards) covered 800 metres in 53.9, last 600m in 38.8.

“It was solid work by all the horses in their gallops,” said Daniel Miller. “Vive La Difference galloped well and gave me a nice feel and La Adelita also gave me a nice feel in her work. Stanica Star relaxed in his work and hit out nicely. Secret Whisper always works well and there was no change this morning. "
