Wide Awake (McNab) and Ocean Rock (Fawcett) both nominated for the Avondale meeting on Wednesday, worked over 800 metres in 1.03, last 600 in 36.4. Wide Awake (Savabeel) has been nominated for the Maiden 1300m and Ocean Rock (Fastnet Rock) the Maiden 3YO 1100m.

King Kane (Miller) worked over 1200 metres, timed from the 1000 metres in 1.04.8, last 600 in 37.7. King Kane (Showcasing) has been nominated for the Maiden 1600 metre race at Avondale on Wednesday.

Vive La Difference (Miller) worked over 1000 metres 1.10.3, last 600 in 41.1.

Abidewithme (M. Grylls) looked well working over 1000 metres in 1.08.3, last 600 in 38.5.

Last start winner Zambezi Warrior (McNab) and Echezeaux (Miller) worked over 1000 metres in 1.08.7, last 600 in 39.5.

Vinevale (M. Grylls) ran 800 metres in 1.00.5, last 600 in 44.6.
