Te Akau track work Friday April 4
Course proper (Dead): Following 19mls of rain the grass was suitable for gallops.

Urban Angel (Miller) worked solo over 1000 metres in 1:00.5, last 600m in 34.9. Resuming with an eye-catching last burst for third over 1300 metres at Tauranga, Urban Angel (Savabeel) would start in the Easter Handicap (Gr. 1, 1600m) if able to make the field, or the Benchmark 75 1600 metres at the same meeting, on April 12 at Ellerslie.

Clos De Tart (Misbah) and Show No Emotion (Miller) galloped 1000 metres in 1:04.6, last 600m in 35.8. Both are scheduled to trial next Thursday, April 10, at Cambridge.

Course proper (Dead):

Equinimity (Misbah) and Precious Time (Miller) worked over 1200 metres in 1:18.4, 1000m in 1:03.5 and the final 600m in 35.1.
Precious Time (Stravinsky) contests the Manawatu Breeders' Stakes (Gr. 3, 2000m) on Friday April 11 at Awapuni, and Equinimity (More Than Ready) the 3YO 1200 metres on Saturday April 12 at Ellerslie.

Being readied for a tilt at the Champagne Stakes (Listed, 1600m) next Saturday at Ellerslie, Darci's Dream (Miller) and Sneaky Feelings (Misbah) got into their work from the 1400 metres to clock 1200m in 1:19.5, 600m in 37.4. Sneaky Feelings (High Chaparral) has her second up race next Wednesday, April 9, in the Benchmark 65 1600 metres at Te Teko.

Imperial Miss (Kilinc) and Secret Whisper (Miller) worked over 1000 metres in 1:04.2, last 600m in 36.8. Both are scheduled to trial next Thursday, April 10, at Cambridge.
