Te Akau track work highlights - Saturday 23 September -

 

Thick fog prevented some times being taken:

 

Course Proper:

All horses are aiming toward racing at Avondale this Wednesday 27 September

Bak Da Master (McNab) and More Than Fast (Pinn) galloped over 1000 metres, running 800 metres in 52, last 600 in 38.9.

Its Our Showtime (McNab) galloped 1000 metres on her own, running 800 metres in 52.5, last 600 in 40.

Verbal Command (McNab) and Epic Tale (Tan) galloped 1000 metres in 1.08, last 600 in 40.1.

 

All Weather:

Byzantine (Pinn) and Handsome Rebel (McNab) looked good when working at three quarter pace over 600 metres.

Lucy Wyldstyle (Bakar) and 3f Fastnet Rock - Gipsy Countess (K Price) galloped nicely over 800 metres.

 

No 2. Sand:

3f Super Easy - Flower Girl (Leveque) and Elegant D' Oro (Tan) galloped together over an easy 800 metres and looked good doing so.

Beaumarchais (McNab) and Chambord (Pinn) both looked good when working separately at three quarter pace over 800 metres.

Heroic Valour (McNab) worked well at three quarter pace over 800 metres while Hushed (Bakar) worked on his own at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.15, last 600 in 44.2.

Full Of Grace (Tan) and Why Ports (Leveque) galloped over 800 metres in 52.9, last 600 in 37.6.

Vinevale (M Grylls) galloped in company over 800 metres in 52.3.
