Te Akau track work highlights - Saturday 28 October -

Course proper (slow):

Madam Monica (Lammas) led Te Akau Shark (McNab) over an easy 1200m in 1:23 and last 600m 39. The pair finished on terms.

Mongolianconqueror (McNab) and Zambezi Warrior (Rasheed) were paired over 1200m in 1:24, last 600m in 40.9. Both completed their work well.

Aquilo (McNab) and Icebomb (Pinn) ran 1000m in 1:07 and last 600m in 41.

Sand track:

Lucy Wyldstyle (Pinn) ran an easy 1000m in 1:10.4.

Master Painton (M. Grylls) and Piper (Burden) both looked good in easy work over 800m in 52 and last 600m in 38.5.

Cavort (Burden) and Qian Cheng (Tan) ran an easy 800m in 54 and last 600m in 38.

Fine Bouquet (Lammas) and Witchery (Tan) went an easy 1000m in 55 and last 600m in 39.2.
Three-quarter pace:

Chance to Dance (Jones) ran 1200m, last 600m in perfect time (45) while Heroic Valour (McNab) worked very well over 1000m in 1:16 and last 600m in 45.5.

Fashionably (Lammas) looked good when working over 1000m in 1:13.3 and last 600m in 43.5.

Chambord (McNab) covered 1000m in 1:14, last 600m in 43.5.

Miss Scandinavia (Pinn) was followed by Seirios (Rasheed) over 1000m in 1:01, last 600m in 45, both working well.

Silver Missile (Burden) was followed by Organza (M. Grylls). Both looked well when working over 1000m in 1:00, last 600m in 45.

Gold Fever (K. Price) went 800m in 1:00, last 600m in 45 and 3 g Azamour - Franny (Bakar) went 800m in 1:05, last 600m in 46.

Martinelli (Bakar) ran 800m in 1:06, last 600 in 46.
