1:50 p.m. R2 4 Angels Wings (4 m Heroic Valour – Gowana) – Ashvin Goindasamy; she was collared after leading in the $18,500 Rating 75 1200 metres on 23 February at Riccarton, and contests the corresponding event. She kept finding to stave off stable-mate and subsequent winner Superbly Written (Written Tycoon) in the Rating 65 1100 metres prior at Riccarton, and is ideally drawn (1) to bounce back - one of a stable duo lining up in the event. Fixed odds: $8.00 & $2.40.
1:50 p.m. R2 5 Kith ‘n’ Kin (4 m Almanzor – Kindred) – Courtney Barnes; she worked up to trail before finishing third in the Rating 75 1400 metres here on 2 March, and likewise contests the $18,500 Rating 75 1200 metres. She won the Rating 65 1200 metres here on 3 February, and also rates a top three chance. Fixed odds: $5.00 & $1.75.
4:06 p.m. R6 1 Plenty O’ Style (3 g Embellish – Opulent) – Ashvin Goindasamy; he followed third and second placings respectively, with an easy-as-you-like victory in the Maiden 1600 metres on 7 March at Riccarton, and steps up in the $25,000 3YO 1600 metres. He has top three credentials from the handy barrier two. Fixed odds: $1.75 & $1.10.
