Te Akau's NZ Season Shines

Te Akau New Zealand Jason Bridgman has kicked off the new season in sensational fashion.

Currently lying a close second on the Trainers' Premiership with three and a half months of this season complete - Jason's rise has been meteoric since he re-joined Te Akau three years and three and a half months ago.

Following Costa Viva's win and Spellbinder's third placing in the $300,000 New Zealand Bloodstock NZ 1000 Guineas last weekend, Jason has recorded 28 wins - importantly he has trained more Group and Listed wins than any other trainer this season (and in fact more flat domestic stakes' wins than any other stable in the past three seasons).  Te Akau lies in second place for prizemoney won for our owners with $725,913 earned.
