Te Akau New Zealand has one horse entered over hurdles at Te Aroha Friday, August 9 with apprentice Daniel Miller making his debut over fences.

Conditions were Heavy 10 and cloudy at 4:30pm Wednesday with the rail true.

1pm R2 7 Goosebumps- Daniel Miller; broke his maiden over hurdles at this track last season and began this season well with two strong efforts. Both wins to date have been on a heavy track, conditions he will likely have on the day. Improvement will be needed to be in the running against this competitive field, but he may be able to atone for his last two starts under light weight of 62kg with apprentice Daniel Miller aboard.
