The third horse bought by David today at Sydney is a true classic type of filly - one that David and Jamie believe can be another (yet another) Te Akau trained NZB Filly of the Year!

By three time Australian Champion sire Redoute's Choice she is out of that stunning (and well known to Kiwis) eight time winning mare Scarlett Lady who won both the Group 1 Queensland Oaks and Group 1 New Zealand Stakes at Ellerslie.  She also won the Group 2 Travis Stakes at Te Rapa and the Group 3 Doomben Roses in Queensland - not forgetting her dominating effort to also claim the Listed Manawatu Breeders' Stakes as well as the Listed Wairarapa Breeders' Stakes.

Redoute's Choice has of course sired superstar fillies such as Miss Finland, Samantha Miss, Fashions Afield, Melito, King's Rose and many more.

Her grandmother is stakes' winner On Call who won nine in her career and is the family also of 10 time winner Justanexcuse ......

This girl is Scarlett Lady's first foal and we are in love with her!
