Plough:

Special Memories (Hercock) worked over 800 metres in 54.2, last 600m in 37.9. Unsurpassed (Lammas) went at three-quarter pace over 800m. A strong winner last start, at just her second outing, Special Memories (Fastnet Rock) will take on her filly compatriots this Saturday, Feb. 21, in the prestigious Matamata Breeders' Stakes (Gr. 2, 1200m) at Matamata - a race Te Akau has won five times. Unsurpassed (Exceed and Excel), a winner and second from two starts, contests the Matamata Slipper (Listed, 1200m) at the same meeting.

Preparing to race on Thursday at Wairoa, Seline (Cameron) and Zarules (Zac-Syed) worked together over 1000m at three-quarter pace. Seline (Pentire) contests the Maiden 1850 metres and the debutant Zarules (Zabeel) lines up in the Maiden 1450 metres.

Regent (Zac-Syed) and 3 g Savabeel - Fire Song (Lammas) ran 1000m in 1:03.6, last 600m in 35.8.

Osmunda (Hercock) and Spellbinder (Cameron) went 1200m in 1:18.8, 1000m in 1:03.2 and the last 600m in 35.7.

Smashing (Samuelsson) worked solo over 1200m in 1:25.2, 1000m in 1:10.2 and last 600m in 41.9. Darci's Dream (Lammas) covered 1200m in 1:25, last 600m in 39. Flaming (Hercock) went 1200m in 1:26, last 600m in 40.5. No Tricks (Cameron) worked over 1200m in 1:22.8, last 600m in 38.

Equanimity (Cameron) and 3 g Saperavi - Paerangi (Hercock) went 1000m in 1:05.9, last 600m in 37.8. Duran (Lammas) and Hushed (Zac-Syed) went 1000m in 1:06, last 600m 37.9.

Amperage (Cameron) and Scrutinize (Lammas) worked together over 800m in 51.9, last 600m in 37. Splurge (Hercock) and 3 f Starcraft - Absolute Faith (Ritchie) galloped 800m in 53, last 600m in 38.3.
