Xtravagant Delayed, Not Stranded

Please do not be alarmed by some reports today across social media suggesting that Xtravagant has been stranded with no flight to Melbourne for this weekend's Group 1 $750,000 Australian Guineas.

Our boy's scheduled flight to Melbourne today was delayed, being late inbound from Singapore.  He will now leave early tomorrow morning and was still happily residing at our stable today, not having left for the airport (there is always Plan B and Plan C)!

So less than 24 hours' delay and a chance for a nice, quiet swim today and another night tucked up in his own bed!  Sorry Australia, he is still on his way (smile)!
