Te Akau Racing Stables & Stud – Business Manager

Jenny has been involved with Te Akau Stud since ‘marrying in to the district’ and in fact worked alongside David Ellis CNZM before her now-adult children were born.  Taking time off to raise her children, after they left school as successful and talented young New Zealanders, Jenny returned to Te Akau Stud in a full-time role.

Jenny was appointed Business Manager for the overall Te Akau operation in 2022 – after almost 30 years working for Te Akau either full or part time.

Jenny is a true asset to not only Te Akau Stud but also the local community being a volunteer firefighter.  She was appointed as a Justice of the Peace (JP) in 2021.
