Matamata Tuesday Trackwork

Supera looked in good shape for Saturday's Travis Stakes when she got through sound work at Matamata this morning. Galloping 18 metres out on a heavy course proper, Supera
(Coleman) set off over ground to run 1200m in 1:21.3, with the last 1000m in
1:07.1 and 600m in 39.3. After another top effort for second in the New Zealand
Thoroughbred Breeders' Stakes, the Savabeel mare is fit and well for the step
up to 2000 metres in this weekend's Te Rapa feature.

Race rival Our Abbadean (Bosson) was paired with She's Not Bad (A Collett) over 1200m in 1:23.2, 1:08 and 39, while Riccarton visitor Zentessa (P Turner) and Lady Painton (Ravi) prepared for the Travis Stakes over 1200m in 1:22.4, 1:07 and 38.6.

Unbeaten filly Sheezallmine (S Collett), who runs in the Cambridge Breeders' Stakes on Saturday, went with Byzantine (A Jones) over a soundly run 1000m in 1:05 and 37.9. Breeders' Stakes entries Queen Of The Air (Bosson) and Burgundy Belle (A Collett) cut out the same distance in 1:05.3 and 38.8.

three-year-old feature, ran 1000m in 1:05 and 37.2, while She's A Thief
(Lammas) clocked 1:08 and 39.2 in comfortable solo work.

Te Rapa entry Wild Seas (Grylls) was unextended over 1000m
in 1:10.7 and 39.2, likewise Veine D'Or (Coleman) who returned 1:11.5 and 40.5,
and Short Fuse (Danis) was well held over the same ground in 1:06.8 and 39.8.

Savabeel colts Lethal (A Collett) and Rakuten (Bosson) left 1000m behind in 1:09.4 and 39.2, while Sasanof's Hero (R Jones) prepared for Hastings on Saturday with 1200m in 1:17.2, 1:04 and 38.8.

Roll The Dice (Coleman), who resumes at Te Rapa, was paired
with Pinmedown (Lammas) over 1200m in 1:17.9, 1:04.2 and 39.4. Over the same
ground Paisley Park (Parma) took 1:23, 1:08.5 and 41.5, Hello M'Lady (Lammas)
1:23.7, 1:04.9 and 39, and Kontact (Parma) and En Soie (Singh) 1:25.2, 1:09 and
41.

Hastings entry Ruby Armani (S McKay) was timed over the last 600m of her work in 39.8, Donizetti (Ritchie) covered 1000m in 1:08.2 and 39.8, and Puysegur (Bosson) and Pinultimate (Grylls) took 1:07.2 and 39.
