Te Akau Singapore has eight horses racing on Friday 16 August at Kranji. Trainer Mark Walker leads the premiership by 13, with 53 wins this year.









10.50 p.m. R1 7 Prince Pegasus (6 g Beneteau - Sassy Peg) - Rawali Zawari (a1); drew barrier 9 of 11 in the $30,000 Class 5 1400 metres on turf and carries 58kgs. He drops back to Class 5, but has been disappointing and needs to improve.





11.50 p.m. R3 12Red Riding Wood (6 g Redwood - Dreamcatcher) - MM Firdaus (a1); drew barrier 8 of 12 in the $50,000 Class 4 1100 metres on the poly track and carries 50kgs. He would be better suited with a drop back to Class 5.





12.20 a.m. R4 5 Black Quail (6 g Coats Choice - Sefidi) - Benny Woodworth; drew barrier 3 of 10 in the $50,000 Class 4 1400 metres on turf and carries 54kgs. He went a solid race for a good third last start third, steps to 1400 metres and would love some rain but does rate in the top four prospects from ideal draw (3).





12.50 a.m. R5 2 Analyst  (4 g Darci Brahma - Pins ‘N' Needles) - Rawali Zawari (a1); drew the outside barrier (11) in the $30,000 Class 5 1400 metres on turf and carries 58.5kgs. He has disappointed and maybe better suited to Malaysian racing. The first of a Mark Walker trio in this event/





12.50 a.m. R5 5 Wildfire (6 g Darci Brahma - Beautiful Girl) - Benny Woodworth; drew barrier 2 of 11 in the $30,000 Class 5 1400 metres on turf and carries 58.5kgs. Back to 1400 metres on the turf, he presents as a top four chance.





12.50 a.m. R5 8 Venus De Milo  (5 m Burgundy - Breezed) - Ismail Azhar; drew barrier 3 of 11 in the $30,000 Class 5 1400 metres on turf and carries 56.5kgs. She would love some rain and does have top four prospects.





2.20 a.m. R8 11 Hidden Promise  (7 g Postponed - Promissory) - MM Firdaus (a1); drew barrier 10 of 12 in the $50,000 Class 4 1100 metres on the poly track and carries 50.5kgs. He is better suited to Class 5 - the first of two in the race for Mark Walker.





2.20 a.m. R8 12 Lim's Rhythm (5 g Rock ‘N' Pop - Paixanito) - Nizar Noor (a4); drew barrier 11 of 12 in the $50,000 Class 4 1100 metres on the poly track and carries 47kgs. He requires a drop back to Class 5.
