Te Akau trackwork highlights - Tuesday 11 August -
Course Proper:
Mazzuro (O Bosson) and Shebringsmerubies (J Kamaruddin) galloped over 1000 metres in 1.10, last 600 in 40.1. Mazzuro aims to resume at Ruakaka on Saturday while Shebringsmerubies will head to Waverley on Friday - stepping up in distance over 1600 metres.
Remington (M Roustoby) and Lilikoi (T Harris) galloped over 1000 metres in 1.11, home in 39.8. Remington is likely to race at Ruakaka while Lilikoi has options at both Waverley and Ruakaka.
Vincere (O Bosson) and Shezawinkle (T Harris) galloped over 1000 metres in 1.09, last 600 in 38.6. Both mares will be nominated for Waverley and Ruakaka, and we will take things from there once the fields have been finalised.

(M Grylls) galloped over an easy 800 metres in 56.2, last 600 in 40.7. In
single file, they were followed by 4m Tavistock - Marcey's Belt (A
Jones) and Cornflower Blue (F Griffiths).
Avadane (T Harris) galloped over an easy 800 metres
in 57.3, last 600 in 41.5.
Pazienza (A Jones) looked good galloping over an easy
800 metres in 56.5, last 600 in 40.8.
Lucky Shark (M Roustoby) worked at three quarter pace
