David Ellis updates on his visit to the Sydney Easter Sales and a possible purchase.
David writes:
It is beautiful weather in Sydney which bodes well for Black Caviar to step out on Saturday. The Randwick course is a sell-out which comes as no surprise such is the pulling power of this equine superstar!
I have really enjoyed the sales this week - and can't recall ever seeing so many top individuals here in Sydney - some absolute stand-outs.
I am going to try and buy a colt today - this colt is as good an individual as I have seen at a yearling sale for many years. I already have a lot of interest from people wanting to be involved in him, in fact some have committed already - so if you want to register your interest, it would pay for you to either call or text me on 021 925151 or email Karyn on [email protected] as if I am successful he will sell very, very quickly.
My vet Dr Doug Black (who has inspected him with me) and I both agree that this colt is certain to be a good racehorse.
